Terms of Service

Service Agreement

By booking our photography services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include professional photography sessions, image editing, and delivery of final photographs as agreed upon in your service contract.

Booking and Payment

A deposit is required to secure your booking date. Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session may result in forfeiture of deposit.

Image Rights and Usage

You receive personal usage rights to your photographs. We retain copyright and may use images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in your contract. Commercial usage rights require separate licensing agreements.

Delivery Timeline

Edited photographs will be delivered within 2-4 weeks of your session date, depending on the scope of work. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for circumstances beyond our control that may affect the photography session.

Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

Third-Party Venues

When working at third-party venues, we are subject to their rules and regulations. We are not responsible for venue-imposed limitations that may affect our services.

Image Backup and Storage

While we maintain backup systems for your images, we recommend clients also backup their received photographs. We are not responsible for data loss after delivery.
